Corona access information

Corona admission ticket:
In order to gain access to [VHM Events], it is necessary that every visitor (from 13 years or older) can show a valid Corona ticket. This can be done with a vaccination certificate, recovery certificate or recent negative test via Testing for Access (40 hours before the start). International visitors can access [VHM Events] with a Digital Corona Certificate or via Testing for Access. (The negative test is on the corna check app, no paper version) https://coronacheck.nl/nl/faq-scanner/2-4-vanaf-welke-leeftijd-is-een-testbewijs-nodig/

When you receive your negative test result as an e-mail, it contains a unique code. With this code you can convert your test result into a corona admission ticket in the form of a QR code in the CoronaCheck app or via www.coronacheck.nl.
You then have your QR code scanned in the CoronaCheck app or via your printed corona admission ticket at the entrance of our event. Is your QR code valid? Then you can go in.
More information can be found at www.coronacheck.nl. For further questions, please contact the CoronaCheck Helpdesk via 0800-1421 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The helpdesk is available from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Beware of international visitors! The DCC (digital corona certificate) is valid for 72 hours and for access you must be in possession of a negative test result 40 hours in advance. If you have obtained a DCC (digital corona certificate) with a negative travel test, you may have to be tested again as an international visitor in the Netherlands.

Important to know for the corona admission ticket and access tests:
- At the moment there are 95 locations where you can get tested for access. New test locations are opened regularly. Look here (https://www.stichtingopennederland.nl/wat-we-doen/#testbedrijven) for an overview of the test locations. When making an appointment, you as a visitor see the locations closest to you.
- The event does not require an event code, nor does it require you to show an event ticket to test.
- Children under the age of 13 are allowed to enter without a corona ticket.
- It is not possible to gain access to events or activities with a test result from the GGD.
- You can schedule a test two weeks before the start of the event.
- In the event of a change, the visitor must cancel the appointment and schedule a new appointment via Test for Access.
- There are no facilities for mobile test units or temporary capacity for events.
- Participation in the activities or events for which you need a valid corona ticket is at your own risk.
- Testing for Access and we at VHM Events are not liable in the event of a late test result.
- The costs of Testing for Access are currently (beginning of July) paid by the central government, but there may be costs in the future.
- In principle, you will receive the results within an hour. Sometimes it can take a little longer. Didn't receive a result? Please contact the helpdesk on 088-7770809.
- You will receive your results by e-mail. Just to be sure, keep an eye on your spam folder.
- After 11 days, it is possible to convert a previous positive test result from the GGD into a proof of recovery. With this recovery certificate you can create a corona admission ticket. This can be used until the 180th day after the positive test result. In the meantime, you will not receive a corona ticket and therefore no access to the activity or event.
- A previous positive test result via Testing for Access cannot be converted into a proof of recovery. This is only possible with a positive test result from the GGD..

For volunteers:
CORONACHECK SCANNER
As an organizer you have to arrange devices yourself to request this. Own mobile phones may also be used for this purpose. CoronaCheck Scanner is an app that you can use for this. This requires a newer phone with a good camera. You will see a red or green screen so you can easily see if someone has access.
Note: CoronaCheck Scanner update needed before Thursday 24 July. From this week, visitors can also convert their vaccination data into a corona proof. To also be able to scan these QR codes, an update of the app is required (to version 2.0.0). Perform this update in preparation for the event. In the menu, under the heading: “about this app” you can see which version you have (version 2.0.0 is required). You can download the latest version from the app stores (sometimes this is automatic).
